Coastal Health is a South Carolina–owned home health agency, built by clinicians and led by clinicians. Unlike many home health agencies across the state, we are not owned by out-of-state corporations or nationwide insurance companies. Our leadership team was educated in South Carolina, lives in South Carolina, and is deeply connected to the communities we serve.
